My fascination in vacation properties started early as I dreamed of the perfect getaway to Mexico. That dream is still alive with me today, and I wanted to make the vacation property world more accessible and less expensive for the buyer and seller.

To accomplish this we offer our listings free of charge. There is no charge (and never will be) for listing your property for sale here. Obviously there is no charge for buyers! Consider us the friendly folks who introduce the buyer and seller.

This website is fairly new so there may not be a lot of listings currently. Don't let this discourage you from listing your property. We have many years experience in building websites and promoting them. Once the ball gets rolling, hang on... you will be in for a ride! The sooner you get your property listed, the sooner we can start sending buyers your way.

From time to time I will be posting articles regarding the ownership of vacation property. Whether it be for an investment or simply a place for you to escape to from time to time, you'll find something here to suite your needs. After buying your first vacation property, you may want to consider renting it out for part of the year. Make sure you list your property with us to maximize your exposure!
